I finally bought a Keurig Brewer after much research and help from fellow Smart Canuckers. I decided on the Platinum KUB70 from Costco.
My husband opened it this morning. I guess since he already knew what it was he didn't have to wait until Christmas
.
I opened the Keurig Taste The Variety 12 pack, and there were only 11 in it.
The box was sealed closed. There was just one missing.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Strange...That being said... we did buy a video camera from costco, drove 2 hrs home....only to find out the camera was missing.............................. no joke. Let's just say it's a good thing we "look honest" (whatever that meant in the managers mind) and after 3 trips back, they replaced it.
You can let them know, but really, for the $.50 or so, I wouldn't bother. That's just me tho. Choose your battles.
We have a Tassimo & I'm looking at a Keurig. Great deal there!! How do you like it so far?

That is crazy! I have never had that happen with anything before but I would be very angry if it did.

Oh no! I'm glad they fixed it for you! That would be not fun if you thought you lost a lot of $$'s and it wasn't your fault at all.
Lol, I know a k-cup isn't worth anything. It was just weird.
I've only used it 4 times so far and so far it's great. I only have regular coffee flavours so far. I really want to try a latte in it.

The Latte 'll have to wait unless you got the milk frother attachment with the Keurig.
The latte issue was the deciding factor in our purchase of a TAssimo

i agree with the poster that suggested emailing the company, it's a quality control issue at the packing level not at the costco level-unless the packaging looked damaged

You don't necessarily have to email them demanding they send you one missing disc but like others have mentioned it is great to give the information to the company so that they can address the issue.
Sometimes, the company will send you a coupon or free sample regardless because they want to know whats going on with their products. For example: My DH bought a 24 case of Molson Canadian once and all the labels had been peeled off the bottles so he called the company just to let them know as there being no labels wasn't a big deal for us, but it's a bigger deal for the company. They ended up sending him a certificate for a free case of beer, as a "thank you" for taking the time to call them.
