I read an explanation in another forum as to why this was a new code for some of us - it sometimes takes awhile for the special offers codes to update for everyone - I know I tried the special offers code earlier when it was posted, but it told me I'd already used it, so I thought it was mistakenly posted about a new code, and that it was still the old one from days ago

so when I saw the widget said a new special offers code, I checked again, and it was a different code than earlier, so I tried it and got a buck

so for some of us it WAS new....must be some sort of software glitch that delays the rollout of the new code for some, and not for others

I haven't placed an amazon order yet with my gift cards, I've been saving them up for a big order. I think I'm going to put my order in sometime in Feb and if things keep going the way they have been I should have about $165 or so by then! That's a whole lot of free reading!!

But keep in mind, you can only order two a day, and no more than five per month. If you wanted to place your order on a specific day, those rules can mess you up!

Not a problem for me. I've never gotten more than 4 in a month and never have enough to get 2 in a day (except on Dec 31 when I was saving to see if there would be another amazon gc sale).

I'm just going to keep redeeming for the $5 ones. If I can get 5 in a month I would be thrilled and would just stockpile my bucks for the next month.

Oh yes, the $5 ones are the most worthwhile for most people. But since they started that five per month rule, probably more folks are ordering the larger denomination ones.

I used to get enough for a $5 GC every couple of days. But I've found that many of my referrals have maxed out now, so I don't really get enough for much more than 5 $5 GCs a month now.

I'm OK with it though. While it was wonderful while it lasted, I've cashed in for over $200 in Amazon gift cards, all for free. Who can scoff at that?

Yeah $200 is pretty sweet. And if you can still get 5 $5 ones a month that's awesome too. I've found getting referrals has been slow and then almost all of mine aren't actually using swagbucks. I wish you could contact them somehow and maybe help them out to get them started. Oh well, still, it's a lot of free money for basically no effort.

yeah I supposed it was either every thursday or every friday for the special codes depending when they like to put it out...or when I check...I think I only looked once it took me forever to realized there was a new one every week...boy did I feel blonde till I put two and two together...

Wow $200 is a lot of free stuff, especially when you get to pick what ever you want. I'm at $40 right now, hopefully I can pick up some more a bit quicker now that I have a couple of referrals!, ther more the better though!!
