Okay, so the large denominations for amazon.ca gift cards are in the swag shop. the redemption amounts are the same as the us ones.

Also, take note, the large denominations, $25 and $50 say they will be redeemable on the 15th and 29th, while the small ones available now are 1th and 16th, wonder why they are redeeming at different times.

I'm going to stick to the $5 ones for now. If they do raise the sb amount to 100 I guess I'll save for the bigger ones. Hope they don't increase it to 100 though, it's a great deal at 45 and I never get more than two or three a month anyways.

It would be nice if the $25 and $50 ones were priced a bit better for those of you that get a lot of bucks every month though.

I had already redeemed for four when this new rule started. I have more than enough for another, but am going to hold off. I thought for sure they'd be paid off as you get them since starting this new BS, instead of twice a month.

So, before this pesky change, I could get a $25 GC for 225 Swagbucks. A $50 GC could be had for 450 Swagbucks.

Now I have to pay 315 Swag for $25, and 590 for a $50 GC.

Not impressed.

The amounts for the new ones are too high. It would take forever for me to get one. But if they raise the amount for the $5 one back to 100 then the bigger amounts are a much better deal. At 100 $25 would cost you 500 and $50 would cost 1000. That would be insane.

They shouldn't have put a monthly limit. It just sucks.

yep 40% increase on the $25, and 31% increase on the $50.

I care I am sticking to the $5 ones then I guess when I max out I will have to just let the points sit in the account till the next month...since there really is nothing else I want from the store at the moment

So, I'm not sure what to do now. I already have redeemed for four this month (although one of those was ordered on October 30th but I don't have it yet, does that count toward my five for this month?).

I don't think I"ll have quite enough Swagbucks for a 25 GC by the end of the month. So maybe I'll cash in one more $5 one, then wait for next time to start saving for the $50s?

yeah it definitely sucks that you have to use so many more SB for a $25 or $50 card.... i would have really been p/o'd several months ago when i was redeeming every couple of days, but alas all my referrals have maxed out so i'm doing it on my own now and am lucky if i even earn enough for 5 $5 ones in a month! lol

They've been marked as 100sb marked down to 45 since I joined, which was a few months ago. So they've been at the discounted price for quite a while now, I think they will remain that way as long as SB can keep getting the amazon.ca $5GC at a discount.

There was and still is a similar issue in the Lockerz thread and I think it would make the threads more tidy and enjoyable for all if we do as the Mods have asked and stop constantly posting asking for referrals/new signups.

Everyone can see the referral links in our signature and it is their choice who they sign up under

And how many times does this need to be said before people wake up and realize that continually begging is not an endearing quality and makes the person look.. well, rather pathetic.
I seriously shake my head at some on here who I thought were cool, when I see them constantly begging for referrals.

Please.. have some respect for your fellow board members (and more importantly for yourself) and stop with the repeated begging in this and the Lockerz thread.
