I am glad you had a good experience because I went to the Bed bath and beyond near me and I was kind of disgused with how I was treated. I am not sure I would want to shop there again. I was told that Zellers had to carry the exact item right down to the barcode. They said they would call Zellers and confirm that they had the item I wanted in stock. I ended up finding something I did want and ask the clerk to call for me. She was not nice about it. The whole attitude was I was inconveniencing them with this whole thing. I left with nothing and likely won't be back unless I can't find an item anyplace else.

My experience with them was on par with Zellers.

that's what i tried to do today but was told by a manager that their ho said no as they were not sure that the coupon actually came from zellers. going to be writing to their ho. i found a duvet cover set that i really wanted!!!!!!

That is why when I print Internet coupons I don't cut them out, I take the whole page and it shows that it came from Zellers FaceBook page and it had the date of 26 December printed on the bottom.
