last night I got a pair of royal blue skinny jeans regular 23.97 on clearance for $7 woohoo! was really really depressed that they didnt have the red skinny jeans in my size though

then at the mall got two t-shirts buy one get one free on clearance so I paid 14 something and got two shirts for that price when it would have cost me almost $30 for the two

so in total I spent around $20 for three things that would have cost almost $60 regular price pretty awesome deals

walmart of all places! LOL they had purple,black,royal blue and red I think for colours I bought a pair of purple ones when they were regular priced last fall and now they have all of them marked down but not too many of them were left at our store though otherwise I would have gotten one of every colour, they usually don't have stuff that I like there but these are pretty cool.

nice swim trunks $7.93 and a light pair of pants with zip off legs for $5.97

Hey everyone!
I've just started this couponing thing, and I can't beleive the deals I'm getting, with just a few tips! My hubby is pretty amazed too. My big thing is getting deals at the grocery store, we gotta eat! So I went last week after work just to pick up a few things, and here's what I got (@ Superstore):

2 x McCain int'l pizzas - 3.99 on sale - 1.00 save.ca coupon = 2.99 each!
Silhouette yogurt - 3.19 - FPC (I didn't know it was not valid then, or else I woudn't have used it....) = FREE
3 x Chapman's Lollys 0.99 each - $3 coupon from Chapmans.ca games = FREE
2 x Country Harvest multigrain bread - 50% off rack (still had like 4 days to expire??? I just throw it in the freezer) = 1.25 each
Mushrooms and tomatoes on the 50% off rack - still both fine, I always check REALLY closely. And some bologna, and pie shells that the clerk forgot to charge me for! I didn't notice til I got home and checked the receipt, otherwise I always tell them.

Total: $15.31! Savings: $14.69 + 2 free pie shells! The savings are actually more since I buy most stuff on sale AND use coupons on top of them. For example those McCain pizzas are over $6 regular price. I never knew you could do this before and the savings are great! Thanks to everyone for all the great coupons, deals, freebies and tips!

i went to superstore and saw that the big jergens lotion (with bonus ) was on sale for 3.99 and i had a 1.50 coupon...sweeet deal
but then i went to checkout with my other things...and it didnt
scan right..so i got the product for free..plus she just ignored the
coupon so i actually got a bonus 1.50 towards groceries...

was just in safeway and they have herbal essence hair colour on sale for $6.99 and about 6 shades on for $4.00...with $5 save.ca coupon great deal...also i got olay 7 in 1 facial clenser they had on for 50% off $5.56 used $2 for $3.56 shelf price at shoppers is $14+...and pantene expressions...got the $10.49 shampoo on sale for $5.26 with $2 off great deals

today i did pretty well at walmart

got la coupe shampoo for 5.89 it was free because I had the FPC from that one contest
and they had a memory pro duo stick for my cybershot camera on sale for 14.00 which I got for $6 with taxes because I had my $10 gift card from the one carleton university study.

So what was originally going to cost me $23 I got for $6 and change I love this site LOL

Walmart has on sale those Schneider's Steakettes and they don't come up on the scan at the sale price, SO, I made sure I got the sale price and one free for the mistake.
So, glad that posting about scanning practice earlier, now I know what to do and who with.

some people email the companies directly...

alot of us use save.ca, sometimes they have FPCS!

Also there are some contests that offer FPC's (two right now.. one for paninis and one for Nescafe) if you are lucky to win one, there ya go!

Also, some companies have surveys, and if you are one of the first few to submit, they will send you a thank you FPC.. like the Renees dressing survey.... alot of people here got an FPC from them. i did not, i must have missed it..
