For me it was Wagjag and Ebay missing. They told me to check back after Oct. 25 also

I shopped at 5 retailers and I got 300 airmiles. I shopped st Hudson’s bay, Gap, Chapters, Sephora and Groupon. I have all the bonus airmiles posted on my airmiles account from these retailers but still I didn’t get 1000 miles☹️. I don’t know what to do .

I still have some missing miles from Canada Post, Mint and Amazon. Live Chat agent said there are posting issues from certain sponsors. Asked me to file a missing miles request next week and go from there.

same here, Canada Post, Mint, and Amazon are missing...and Staples ($20)

I did 5 and still missing 3 (the Bay, Canada Post and Urban Planet). Checked it last night and received 100 AM's only.
Not very good experience of particitping this promo 1st time.

Thanks for updating, I just checked my account. I got 100 air miles in one account and nothing in another account for all my shops.
Amazon, eBay, Staples, old navy and Reebok in one group and Amazon, eBay, Forever21, Groupon and Hudson Bay. So for sure need to chat on Monday.

I just found this out earlier this year myself so thought I'd share. If you are participating in these offers, DO NOT add the items to your cart first, and then go to the Air Miles shops site. I have done that, logged into Staples for example, added stuff into my cart, and then when back to Air Miles shops when I planned on actually making the purchase. BUT, apparently if the items are already in your cart before you go to Air Miles shops, they don't count. So now I always make sure to only add stuff after I've already logged in to Air Miles shops, and this time when I participated in the offer I got all of my AM's without any hassle. For the Mega Miles earlier this year, they told me that when I had to chat with them to get my missing miles.

Did online chat today for 4 accounts. All missing based miles and the bonus miles were added back by the agent.

I got 2 X 1000 air miles for two accounts. At least their customer service agents at live chat are nice.

Online chat added the missing miles for me. They told me that eBay and Wagjag were the transactions that were missing. Maybe we should keep a running list of retailers whose sites can cause problems.

eBay has also been a source of problems for other Air Miles promos for me
