Other people in Canada have printed out American coupons.You can use the coupons on the store shelf like any other customer.

I buy a Sunday Detroit Paper which is available on news stands here and use the flyer coupons. I haven't tried to ask for coupons to be sent to me or printed them. In fact I'm going to the states tomorrow. I should get on to the site "DealSeekingMom.com" which outlines how to use US coupons to the best advantage.
