I LOVE FUDGE..but i have a sugar intolerance.. actually it could be "carbohydrates, wheat, or gluten"..but unless i wanna give up bread, pasta and anything made of yeast incl soya sauce..i'll never know.

but i will have once pc, and a 3 hour nap.

mmm...I just made peanut butter fudge...also have a fudge recipe that has sour cream in it...suprisingly it is very good

made more maple fudge tonight without the white sugar this time and it is sooooo much better
