Lots of things from whole boxes of tree decorations for $2.64 (I think) - cards - packs of 40 for 2.94 - very nice ones too - gift bags of all sizes - .16 - or maybe .19 - home decor - like finger-tip towels and/or themed and matching ceramic lotion dispenser - $2.49 - lots of reds, silver, blue - you could decorate a whole tree for less than $10.00 - for sure!
Many giftsets still on sale - I didn't look to closely - but a nice small one with bath gel and body lotion for under $5.00.
These are all in the back aisle across from the dairy in the Chatham RCSS.
Also a whole Clearout section of summer things. - I got 2 vinyl summer tableclothes at .24 each.
2 lovely gold sparkly bamboo placemats that I plan to use during the holidays
I haven't been out much, as you can see - so I was thrilled - I didn't buy much because we don't need much since we have very little storage room.
But if you are thinking of re-vamping your Christmas decor - you can get lots for little still in this RCSS at least. This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

I don't need any more Christmas decor, but after reading these great posts about deeply discounted Christmas items, I need to check out the stores. Could be low cost items for this year's Christmas donations and stocking stuffers. Only 356 days to Christmas! (This year is a leap year, so we get one extra shopping day. LOL)

I was thinking the same thing, kristeven! (But my poor husband gets panic attacks when I start INCREASING the Christmas stuff!) - He has to climb up to the shed attic to store the things - so I respect his reservations! But you could actually decorated a family's whole Christmas tree! Good luck in your search!

I'll live vicariously through OP's posts as if I am seeing those deals too.

I've been banned from purchasing any more Xmas stuff for the next 12 years. Came out from RCSS on Saturday with 10 boxes of wrapping paper, 10 bags of bows, 5 boxes of decorations and 2 stocking holders.

The ceramic lotion holders - well - some were in the shape of houses which were coordinated with the finger-tip towels and facecloths. - some were penguins - some were in the shape of Christmas trees and again - matching towels.

I went to RCSS in Brampton (Steeles & Hwy 10) to specifically shop for a new xmas tree topper. Found a cute penguin one, reg price was $6 but paid only $0.60! Also picked up the KJ Chinese dumplings and price matched and found out they don't limit the quantities that you are price matching. Not sure if it's always like that or just a fluke. Anyhow I bought 10 dumpling packs.

I should really check out the RCSS before I pack everything away. I have a feeling I will need one more storage bin. Great deals! I love their clearance items.

I just went there yesterday so I missed most of the good deals (my sister did pick up three 60-100 packs of gift tags for $0.25 each for me last week though since she knew I wanted some).
I got one pack of Cars gift tags, (2) 2-pack DVD gift boxes, (2) packs of red/green tissue, one letter "M" shaped ornament, and three picture frame ornaments for $3.95 in total...reg. $23 in total! They had TONS of Christmas tree balls for $0.24 a pack...I couldn't believe how many were left. They would be great to donate to schools and such. They also had wreaths, snow globes, gift bags, etc...for $0.24 each!

Yup, I was there today too and our local RCSS and they still had lots of Christmas decor/items left. Bought some small gift bags for $0.24, paper plates for $0.84 and napkins for $0.84 as well. Lots of good deals to be had if you wanna stock up for next year.
SMILE - and make the world a better place
