The answer to how to get 2nd and 3rd entries into draws is by using shared pieces through email/social media. Otherwise, you only get your 1st entries when you complete a series of game pieces for a draw.
From Rule 5:

It is possible for registered entrants to earn three (3) of each type of Game Piece. The first piece is earned by landing on an uncollected piece OR by claiming a piece that has been shared. The second and third pieces must be gained through successful sharing. Sharing is only successful when a piece you have shared is claimed by a user. Once the shared piece has been claimed, you and the person who claimed the piece will see the piece in question added to your respective collections.
If you land on a duplicate Game Piece, then you will be asked to select one of the following two options:
• Request that your duplicate Game Piece be discarded; or
• Forward your duplicate Game Piece to a friend by either: a) Email: follow the on-screen instructions to email the duplicate Game Piece to your friend; or b) Posting on Facebook®: To post a duplicate Game Piece to Facebook®, you must be logged into Facebook® or have registered using Facebook® connect. Click the "Facebook®" button on the share window. This will post a picture of the duplicate Game Piece to your Facebook® wall. The first registered entrant to click on the picture of the duplicate Game Piece on your wall will claim your duplicate Game Piece. If the entrant already has this game piece, a message will appear informing them of their ineligibility to collect this piece

At this point, that's where I am. No instant wins either...
