Hey my friends!
I hope everyone is doing well.
The week has been very busy
and yesterday would have been my dad's birthday.
It is never an easy day for me....

If anyone is looking to get rid of an old TV, Best Buy
takes them and there is no charge

I still can't believe we went through 2 plasma TVs
in 3 years.

Our new TV is so clear, it makes us feel as if we are in the studio
with the actors while the show/movie was being filmed.

Years ago I work for Sony and was able to purchase a TV
at next to cost. It was one of the best TVs at the time
and I paid just under 1000 including the stand.
It was a 25XBR and could have been used as a monitor too.
I had it for 25 + years without any problem except for a change
to the remote control key pad.
A few years back it began to have a few issues.
It didn't owe me anything.....
Same with a wonderful coffee maker I had. It made the best coffee.
It worked for more than 14 years, and they are not being made like
that any longer. I bought something similar from the same manufacturer
and it is good! Just not as good as the old one.
I searched for it on line and could have purchased a refurbished one,
and decided against it.

I have been repping where I am permitted and I appreciate the reps, notes
and PMs.....

Good luck tomorrow dialing for a trip!

I know what you mean about quality. I bought a Grundig TV in 1988, and it lasted over 20 years until the tube went. Certainly got my money's worth!

Whaddaya mean START??? Started Boxing Day, should be half-done by Canada Day, finished by Simcoe Day, presents wrapped by Thanksgiving.

Another round of Kim's Convenience this afternoon (LOVE the show). The only complaints are from folks who didn't buy tickets ahead of time & can't see the sold-out shows.

Off to play with the critters & take Quincy cat for a wander (he was napping when Lily dog went for her walk & is feeling left out ).

Back from the H.S. fell in love with one 1 1/2 year old orange guy. He was in recovery from having his ear fixed but what a loving kitty!!! Soooo nice, just love the guy!!! On another note this poor little grey guy with no eyes His eyes were so bad they had to remove them and now he'll never see again, geez it's scary enough in a shelter without no being able to see!!!!

Tomorrow is dial and dial again day!!!! There will be a few headaches for sure but let's give it our best shot!!!
