    Those of you that have a Longos grocery store nearby, Beyond Meat burgers are buy one get one free from Jan. 8-14! Double check with your local flyer 👍🏼

    Be careful, Ladies, @downtowntorontogirl , @flemeth ...Beyond Burgers contain about 7X more salt than a beef burger, plus about the same amount of fat and calories. It's an alternative for vegetarians, and probably the best of so many of the "worst" out there. Just fyi....

    Thanks, there are definitely pros and cons... where is the 7x salt info from? On the other hand veg burgers have no cholesterol while regular burgers do. And of course veg burger has no animal killed for food and lower environmental food print That's what matters to most people eating veg burgers... no one eats a burger to be healthy... Global News did this comparison to No Name beef burgers recently below:
