Yesterday, a California man found a glitch at his gas station-- 0.69 per gallon. They fixed the problem. But for 3 hours people were able to get 1970s gas prices.

good grief! @harbie , I am wiping away tears for you. Shell offers these one day only Bonus Air Mile specials a few times in the year, but so many times it's happened that for that specific day my tank is too full to take advantage. GRRRR! This time the offer is for Saturday 18th. one AM for each Litre of gas pumped....( any grade ) up to a maximum of 50L.
Oh well, I'll squeeze whatever will fit into the tank tomorrow....cannot expect DH to head to work with the gauge near empty...he may not make it back home...lol.

Ya it’s pretty depressing walkonby but at least I get really good mileage. It helps especially when I do freeway driving plus I use my BCAA card for a 3C discount at shell unless it’s cheaper elsewhere.

I was shocked, Costco was at 199.9 yesterday when I went into the store, it has been awhile since I saw a gas price that started with a 1.

All other stations seem to be ranging from 202 to 205 for regular.

Gas came down yesterday to 215.9 but diesel was still 258.9. What a joke!
