Does anyone do grocery shopping online?

Produce quality has been super but the taste varies (juice oranges in last order are kind of tart-sweet but juicy so that works out since I eat them rather than juice them). Green seedless grapes are huge and on sale this week-and they are tasty! Yukon gold potatoes from second-last order were perfect-we are almost done with the 10lb bag.

I've been trying one or two new to me items or say a store item I've not had before. Just to mix things up a bit otherwise I usually get the hard to find in my local store stuff only and some of those things don't need weekly replacements. So I look at Sale dept first, then bounce around dept's after anything I truly want is checked off first.

I've edited my order tonight to take two items out and could not find the cooking oil I want so added a second one of an item to almost tally up the order to the original amount. Unless I come across any free samples on the site by Thurs morning, I don't expect to do another edit (but I will if I find freebies I'd like to try).

So, I spent time earlier this week catching up on last week's papers and noticed a business article on Empire Inc.
Entity owns Sobeys, which in turn owns 51% of Longos. Why do I mention this fact?

The grocer said Longo’s e-commerce business, Grocery Gateway, will be integrated into its Voilà e-commerce offering. Grocery Gateway customers will transition to Voilà over a six-week period, starting in July 2023.
Scene Plus, its loyalty program run in conjunction with Scotiabank and Cineplex Inc., will be launched in Quebec and Thrifty Foods on March 23. Medline said this is the final regional launch for the rewards program.

The article indicated that Longo's Grocery Gateway customers will be transferred to Voila.ca (run by Sobeys and using the Scene+ program) by July 2023. I assume that Longos' delivery area will be incorporated to the area used by Voila as there are Niagara Region SCers who use the Grocery Gateway service.

I've already put in a request at my store regarding whether GG customers will get 30 days' notice before transfer so they have a chance to use up any eligible Longos TYR points towards online grocery orders. Also asked if Longos will keep the TYR program in-store after the online customers are put into the Voila customer stream.

Just a reminder that Longos.com will be transitioning its delivery service over to Voila.ca next month. I need olives that only Longos carries online (have not seen that one specific variety in-store in months).

Don't forget to cash out your Thank You Rewards amounts on any June Longos orders! After the transition, the TYR points will only be useful in an actual Longos store.

Voila uses the SCENE+ program for loyalty benefits and points.

I've seen Perkopolis before as a rewards vendor affliated with college and municipal employee loyalty programs.
