I'm so livid and angry right now with the awful experience I just had. I have used it many times, never had a problem.

Put in an order to pickup today at a store I've never used before, a No Frills. Seemed fine, going as normal, I got the normal emails, one of the them listing the items not available, not a huge deal, I figured as such but only 1 item was listed and it was something that wasn't even on my original order. I didn't think much of it, went and picked up the order after work, the person working the customer service desk said I needed to pay because my credit card didn't work. I was confused but figured she knew what she was talking about, so paid with my debit.

Come home and check it out, about half the items I ordered were missing ( they weren't listed in the email as unavailable) and on the receipt from using my debit I was charged the pick up fee (which I thought was suppose to be waived?) and also the one item that was listed in the email as unavailable that I didn't even order was in my bags and I was charged for it (it was a $17.99 item).

    WTF

    Oh but there's more.

I check my credit card online, and guess what... my credit card was charged!

I am too exhausted for this crap, started back at work, was hoping to get to skip grocery shopping and not having to deal with that chore, but I'll have to anyway because half the things were missing, which again I understand but at least let me know!
I'll have to go back and figure out how to get one of the methods I was charged refunded.
I just needed to vent this because I'm so completely pissed off.

I've been using Flashfood to get huge savings on groceries. I thought you'd want to try it out. Use my invite code for a freebie: https://flashfood.app.link/wMlvjz5YqX

I hate PC Express. I've used them for a year and kept using them because I paid for an Insiders membership. But i'm never shopping there again and cancelling my Insiders membership too. The final straw was giving me expired meat and cheese (over 2 months expired), and charging me $50 for items they did not put in my trunk.

I called them and they said this was due to stress from COVID blah blah. Well this has been happening with at least 50% of my orders since my baby was born last year, so no, it's not COVID

Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

Always use Ebates and get cash back at over 600 online stores! Use this link to get $5, FREE

I'm sick and tired of COVID-19 being an excuse for incompetence. and for whatever reason Loblaws has been playing that card seemingly everywhere.
The Superstore in my area seems to play the "covid card" every time some level of customer service isnt being met.

Meanwhile Sobey's and Costco in my area are doing exemplary at having the items I want, ringing them up, and loading my cart (where applicable)... all while being great at cleaning, sanitizing, keeping physically distant, and being equally kind and courteous... without excuse.
