I know what you mean! It's happened to me before, making that frozen pizza is just so easy sometimes. You should check out some food blogs you like, or the food network website and something might catch your eye.
Are you on pinterest? I get tons of food inspiration from there. http://pinterest.com/all/?category=food_drink-----

I can't help ya there. Maybe its in the air. I've been the same way lately, when usually I am cooking up a storm. Pretty sure my husband may replace me soon if I dont get on it. LoL.

I am normally the one who cooks plenty, 2-3 different things on the weekends to have lots of options in the fridge for the family to grab and reheat through the week and even I have struggled since Christmas really to cook much more than the bare minimum. I know that my health ( well pain really) has stifled much of the enthusiasm I normally have, lets hope that it comes back to you eventually too Ami1984.
Wish I had suggestions for you.

I had a huge rough patch last summer. Honestly the only thing that turned me around is how much money we were speeding on crap food that made me feel ill half the time.

crockpot ...throw everything in and leave.
Once a month cooking is another good way of filling your freezer for a relatively mininal amount of effort. There's plenty of sites out there to browse.

I'm trying to get over this rut for tomorrow. Haha. My hubby wants to celebrate V-day tomorrow (he works on the actual date) and all he wants is a homecooked meal and a movie. So. I have to gather some energy. Haha

My positive vibes to you, I cooked a meal tonight, and to be honest I think it has to do with the fact that I knew I was not the only one in a rut, You can get enough energy but being 33 weeks pregnant it can be hard I have heard
