Hey there,
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced issues redeeming points on the SDM website. Yesterday, I had the option...today, I don't. I still have the points, all the settings are correct for redeeming points- but the option on the checkout page is no longer there. I even just received an email with my points and how much I'm eligible to redeem for from SDM. I've tried all sorts of combinations of different devices and browsers. If they were having issues, I wish they'd just put a banner on the page or something *so frustrating*This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug Mart

Thank you! It must have just been an issue on their end, because the redemption option became available yesterday in the later part of the afternoon and I jumped on the chance to make my purchase

Interestingly enough, that order has already shipped, whereas the order I placed on Cyber Monday is still processing.
