Tried to post last night but could not get into this thread for some reason.
Grammys.
Wan't that a partay!?
Great Whitney tribute. Happy for Adele. Nicki Minaj -- she didn't bring her A game, IMHO. I wish Nicki chose another song.

I only watched til the end of the Glenn Campbell tribute (yes, I sang along!), then I had to go to bed. Will try catch up with the rest online today.
Adele was amazing, and I'm so glad she won so many awards! The dress she wore above was just beautiful on her, as was the lacy dress she wore to perform in.
I love the blonder, shorter hair on her - she looked quite glam.
I thought the show did a great job of putting in the Whitney bits, it didn't overpower things.
I just loved Paul McCartney's Valentine song.
Didn't like Katy Perry's performance at all. But I did love the blue gown she was in before that - but not the hair.
Yay to Bon Iver for winning best new artist; I just discovered them about a month ago.

Well that sucked big time, I couldn't get into my own thread all night. I guess Sally fixed it.
I thought it was pretty dull all around. After having seen Paul M last summer I can say I was pretty disappointed with his valentine song but he rocked at the end.
The Beach Boys were one of the 1st concerts I ever saw back in the 70's and it's always painful when they drag out these people that have lost their voices. Same as Tony Bennet, but that girl saved him.
I wa so worried for Glen Campbell, thankfully he must have been having a good day, sadly there are days when he does not remember his songs. I hate that disease.

- the show was a bore, i channel flipped throughout it
- paul macartney's VD song sucked
- nicky manoje, i don't even know why she's on the show
- kerry perry looked horrific with her blue air and ugly armor
- adele seriously needs to lose weight, jenny craig perhaps?
- too much whitney coverage
- jennifer hudson butchered the " i will always love you song"

O.k.
Chris Brown. Wowzers.
I tried to dance along with him.
I could not keep up.
I still remember he beat up Rihanna three years ago.
I am hopeful that he is a changed and better man.
Hopeful.

+2
Compared to all the talentless model thin singers, someone who is honest about themselves, has an amazing voice and is real is a breath of fresh air
Is she overweight? yes but it is really no business of anyone but her (you hear that Karl Lagerfeld?)

Wow.
Just saw the Katy Perry video on YouTube.
Girlfriend brought her A game, IMHO.
Loved the line in the song, "You can keep your diamond ring, cause it don't me a thing to me" [Russell Brand]
O.k. goin to the gym to be as fit as Katy.
