My few clearance deals at SDM and points ;)

Went to SDM for the tissue none left, so I went to the clearance section and found 2 bottles of John Freda hair products for 3.00 each plus 1,000 points per bottle so I used my $5.00 coupon WUB2 and got them for .50 each plus my points (total points 2000)

Then I had a coupon for 500 points when you buy any softsoap and found one on clearance for .99cents and got my 500 points and of course the regular points.

Then found tear pads so I was happy with the little bit I got....I LOVE MY POINTS FOR XMAS SHOPPING

All the above made up for me not getting my tissue

I was at my SDM at around 9:30am yesterday morning, and they were almost out of stock then. They had maybe 4 cases of them, who knows if they had more in the back, but I agree they should have been prepared.

Also they were advertising 99c Glad clingwrap - I had to ask an employee because there wasn't even a spot for them on the shelf - that was a REGULAR sale and she said they didn't get any in... poor planning on their part!! what's up with that?

I know that Shoppers brings in pallets full of sale items and especially if it is a 2 day sale the stuff goes fast with people buying multiple sale items at once. The store I go to gets another order on wednesdays and they do give rainchecks. Some stores get in two orders a week just find out when the next order is coming in. There stockrooms are only so big so I can understand why they only have so much. Also, shoppers usually has more than one store in each town so you could try another! Hope this helps you in your future shopping, they really do have great deals!
