I had a fantastic Thursday Afternoon with my DD and DS, we hit 5 stores, stocked up on enough groceries for the month all for under $200 (the brag)
When I get a chance I will break down the details of the shop.
The Unbrag- I had the cab of my truck as packed full as I could get it, and started resorting to the box of the truck to keep my remaining groceries, my DD and DS went into our last store of the day and when we came out the box of my truck was empty
Before I would have been devastated because of the amount of money lost, but now I'm devastated by the hours I spent looking for those deals and clipping the coupons and planning my trip to have a lot stolen
I guess I can consider that my "donation" for the month. This thread is currently associated with: Guess

OMG that is so awful. What goes around comes around and they'll get theirs. If you need some coupons to replace what you've lost, I am swimming in them right now and we are stocked up. PM me if you are interested.

My face was like this: :O
Seriously? I've never owned a truck before but can you not lock the lid type thingy that goes over top of the back of the truck?
I'd recommend calling the police and letting them know what happened. I'd also recommend calling the store to see if they have any camera in the area you were parked.Insert Clever Signature Here

As much as I want to say unbelievable, I can believe it as unfortunately there are some very unscrupulous people in this world
but I'm glad to see what happened is not breaking your spirit - as that's when the "thugs" really win.
Sending you some virtual good wishes.

Sorry to hear that, it sucks. But I am not shocked. People never cease to amaze me with both kind deeds and stupidity.

I guess the way I see it now after much thought is that they obviously needed the groceries more than I did
It breaks my heart that there is people out there like that, but unfortunately it's the sad reality of what our society is becoming. Thank you everyone for all the best wishes, thankfully I saved enough on my shops that I can go get more without it hurting my budget!
