Watch your points when you return at SDM

I have noticed when I return things to Shoppers that more points are deducted than what I originally earned. While its a small amount in points, if enough people put in inquiries hopefully they will fix this glitch. As smart canucks we work hard to earn our points and Shoppers needs to address this. I'm not sure if this applies to the grocery store promotions or not, but worth tracking.

@barbis9 Does the cashier say anything when you point out the difference in points? Have you had to ask for the manager as well?

@Ciel21 the cashiers/supervisors say to contact Shoppers Optimum program, that they can't do anything about it at the store level. Each time I have sent a points inquiry through the app and I get my points back quickly.

It's still extra work for you to have to reclaim your points!
