dinner was burgers, stopped at Cobs on my way home. We are not big on BBQing in winter so I need to use up the burgers and sausage in October.

In many regards the month became even more busy as it went. I stayed to work through the weekend. Dh brought the kids to visit for Thanksgiving. I plan on going home next weekend to visit and buy groceries.

Walked past a couple of beautiful pear trees on private property, but the ground was carpeted with all their succulent fruit. What a waste. :bawling:
Too late this year, but I resolve to ask permission to harvest them next year. :-)
