It's from a old Kellogg's promo.. The gas cards expiry is March 31, 2012 and we can use them anywhere Mastercard is accepted Inside specially marked boxes of Kelloggs cereals was printed a mail in form and a pin code. You had to complete the form and mail it to receive your 5$ pre-paid gas card. There was also another promo, buy 3 boxes of Nutrigrain bars, All Bran bars etc. mail in the form, and receive your 5$ pre-paid gas card.. Those offers are over now..
