I went thru all the redemption steps and it wouldn't print my form...I don't have any receipts to send in....e-mailed them, so we will see what they say.

You don't need to send in any receipts if you only earned the points online.


From their FAQ:

I selected a reward, but my printer failed to print the redemption form. What do I do now?
Don’t worry! You can submit your reward redemption form to us by providing all the required information on a separate 8 1/2 " x 11" piece of paper. Required information consists of:
Full name on the account
Mailing address on the account
Email address on the account
Username for the account
Which reward(s) you are requesting
The point value of the requested reward(s)

Where do I send my receipts if I live in Canada? All Mead Money Madness participants who live in Canada, excluding Quebec, and wish to redeem their points for rewards items, should mail their receipts along with a completed Rewards Redemption Form to:

Still haven't got the last poly folder I ordered, but to use up points I ordered another one and a notebook.

I redeemed for a GC on Feb 6th and my account still shows the points as pending. Does it usually take this long? I know that it says it can take up to 12 weeks to receive anything but I thought my points wouldn't be pending this long
