I ordered the potty training video a couple weeks ago worked just fine , the cloverleaf page I cannot see anywhere on it where there is a survey so perhaps its over.

Sorry to hear these offers arnt working for you. I have received coupons from them. Try copying n pasting the link in the browser.. Or go dirrectly to their website, send them an email n request the take 5 booklet (i think its called) comes with reciepes and coupons.
