    Good earlier evening everyone!!!

Today was very sunny!!! They announce a big heat wave starting middle of this upcoming week. Thanks God for AC.30 degres and 40 with humidity....huh

***EDIT*** About the other post :Yay!!! Finally found the new 2$ Kellogs coupons. They have a nice expiry and will come up handy!!!.They where at IGA not at Maxi.I found them today when I was purchasing my 2 batchs( I went 2 differents days for not clearing the shelves.) Still have plenty. The coupons where not there 2 days ago....
Left my remaining coupons on the shelves because they are expiring June 30 and I stocked on granola bars.EXP: november so all good

I think last week or was it the the week before ...The MOI program with card(just started to how to download all my offers like Jean Coutu pharmacy,Super C grocery and Brunet pharmacy.) well they had for their anniversary a few items FREE with downloaded coupons in the app.
    I got:
1x Kraft Pure dressing and marinade bottle(took the maple and dijon mustard one) (Super C)
1x Palmolive Small bottle of dish soap(Jean Coutu)
1x Ritz crackers sweet chili and sour cream ( Metro)
    1x Cadbury chocolate bar(Metro)
did not get the Brunet eye mask one,not interested.I was a nice week for freebies.I hope to resee the FREE product of the week at Super C and Metro soon in their flyer with the moi card and app.!!!

Now I try to check the upcoming flyers the day they are posted.Because I now see the next week price and what I have to purchase the last day of the old sale to have sales prices.Examples.:Cherry Tomatoes where cheaper big container was 4$ less in the new sale.Watermelon 3$ cheaper in the new flyer sale and etc...

I will go max Friday for the sales items at Maxi with or without coupons to ensure to not have cleared shelves the next day...Seems to be the new normal...More advantageous cheap $$$ or big discounts sales dissapear so fast.Maxi is a sometime not properly prepared and stocked for the sales...Example last week sale on the Kraft Pure vinaigrette and marinade.Reg:5,99$ ,,sale price 4,99$ minus 1000 pc points.minus 2,00$ new tear pads coupon=1,99$ I stocked for 6.

Earlier on this Week End I made a big batch Pastas Greek salad. We had some as a side for dinner. And remaining some for my lunchs this week.
For dinner we had salmon and I tried the Salmon marinaded in The Kraft Pure dressing and marinade Maple and Dijon Mustard...I did not taste the marinade a lot. Kind of desapointed.I will use it more in dressing I think...

I purchased 5 botlles with the Maxi deal Last. Week.+I have 1 bottle FREE from Super C coupon.

I have 2 x maple and dijon mustard( the ingrediant are simple but they use sunflower oil..not olive oil like I thought ...mmm

1x Greek ones( maple and Dijon and Greek) seems to be the 2 more popular.
    1x Italian one.
The others 2 kind my Maxi carry dont appeal me.(Zatar and Grenada and Figs and balsamic vinegar)

The expirations date are August,September and December

We are supposed to be in health to eat 3 times a week fish...

Okaie but I went to Metro today

I will just go to Metro because their meat and fish is more quality than To pming it in Maxi.

I purchased salmon at 9.99$ lbs a medium piece for 33$ saving are 25$ more for the reg price. This is why I just purchase it when it is on sale.Like reg price 18$ lbs.huh We had it for dinner tonight and will eat it also another dinner this week.Cut portions size and froze the rest. for later
I just go in Metro when I have no choice for an items.Too expensive for me ..Same for IGA.

And 4 chicken breasts skin less bone less...12$ saving of 9$ compared to reg price...

Will do it 2 times this week for dinner.1 time chicken stewers and i time the breasts

Before I was not trusting the savings and the reg prices...now I try to believe it. Seems to be the real prices when not in sale..huh

I will make a big fruits salad.Purchased all the fruits in special(Red Grapes.Strawberries,Blueberries,Raspberries.Pears. Peachs)

I will also make apple sauce..Need to pass those prime dates apples.

And I will make in upcoming weeks.A fruits salads cake.

Also I will bake with strawberries right in the season. This week I want to make a Strawberries Pretzel salad dessert(natasha kitchen seems delicious) and maybe next week a strawberries crustard.

I found in the mail and collect 2 others ones coupons.A coupon for a pet store.20$ off wub 85$ and more.Eve and Stella take now Royale Canin dry food weight management big bag and the compagny dont send coupons.Tried to asks some and I was refuted. And the bag with taxes cost 135$ for 1 month of supply. And the other pet store we go dont offer coupons and discount.Their fidelity program is so poor.So the coupons expire in August 31.So a great saving!!!

Tomorrow I have to go to a blood test.MY doctor put me on a change new medication and wants to know on my liver and kidneys react to eliminate it .I have to do a pressure test with a sheet and I purchased a machine this week.Last time my pressure even with pill was not great.Too high. And I will resee my doctor in late July.

Alright sorry for the lenght of my 2 posts.

    Have a great evening!!!

Your day sounds exhausting but fun @coupon girl . I’m sorry you’re in pain but thankfully you have a dr and can see them. Hoping he can get you some relief.

    Nice freebies @cath007

I’m starting the week with a dentist bill . At least I knew it was coming and was prepared.

Have a great day everyone and stay cool, unless your on the west coast then stay warm

$917.50 later I left the dentist . I’m in the wrong line of work! I get the job completed in 2 weeks.

Also picked up my bike from the shop. $25 later I have a a working front tire.

Dh treated me to a cubed croissant and my absolute favourite vegan bakery after the dentist (and yes it’s that good that I’d eat it while still semi frozen )

Then I get a client cancelation for later this week! Oh joy.

Off to the gym and then a nap.

Change your point of view. You have a problem that is reparable.

My mother had dental problems that simply could not be rectified, no matter the money thrown at them.

@HermanH Oh I’m very grateful for being able to get a cavity under a crown repaired before it becomes much bigger but I’m still in the wrong line of work. Dentists charge an arm, leg and more for something that I think the government should cover. To charge just shy of $1800 for it is a bit outrageous. How many people can’t afford that even if they made payments. Sad.

My sister's boyfriend is from Quebec. He always deferred dental work, until he was on a trip back home, to visit. He told me that the costs are just so vastly different. I could never understand why there is such great variance. I don't think that dentists are facing insurance costs, the way doctors such as general practicioners do. I don't think there is a high level of malpractice lawsuits involving dentistry.

Harbie you are intitled to state how you feel .Dentistry is expensive even with coverage !I do appreciate the coverage hubby and i do have .

I had a crappy dentist 12 years ago that did shoddy work on my crown ,i dealt with a problem that money couldnt help either ,but guess what i left him and found a new one that is the best .

Thanks @coupon girl . I have found an amazing dentist thankfully but no is the time to get past issues fixed AKA done properly.

I’m incredibly grateful for Dh having coverage and while I’m saddened by my cost I’m more saddened for those that don’t have coverage or can’t afford it. I know what that’s like . I think of my parents. They’re seniors and don’t have a ton of extra $$$ but still need dental. The dental program the government offers now is extremely limited in the dentists participating so it’s not as good as it sounds.

@harbie , the other things I have heard about the government's dental plan is people do not realize depending on your income and how much coverage you have there may be co-pays.

Found a cucumber lying on the sidewalk, still wrapped in its cellophane. I don't normally bother with cukes, but I'll try it out as a topping for my daily sandwiches.

    Good morning all.

Just placed an Amazon order, grabbed an iced Mc D’s coffee, about to water the garden then clean the rest of the day.

Checking out some of the flyers as I need more veggies (like always )

The summer weather is here finally and I’m loving the sunshine. For those in the heat dome, stay cool!
