@cath007 & @flemeth , in my areas there do not seem to be a lot of coupon in general. I am not even seeing empty tears pads, there is nothing on the shelves.

I have also found that in my local store that before Christmas they were not putting the coupon with the product, for example the cheese coupons were in front of the crackers and the cereal coupons were in front of the milk.

I know it made easier for people to clear the tear pads but I miss the days of the coupon board where you could find them all in one place.

    Good Afternoon Everyone,
After my appointment I went into the office to do more training, we are on track to be done this week, yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked my doctor about my symptoms and he said with a broken nose they can last 6 months to a year , they are better so I am hoping they will continue to improve and not last that long.

My headache dulled but never went away.

On the way to work I stopped and grab myself a sub and dropped one off to Mom it was a little treat. We will still be under budget for take-out this month.

Keeping Dinner simple with Costco Chicken Chunks, Oven Fries and probably a Salad.

On my way home tonight I stopped at No Frills for Toilet Paper and Milk because we supposed to get snow tomorrow so if I cannot get out we will be good for the weekend. I did not make it to Costco so we needed toilet paper and I opened the last bag of Milk this morning. We might make it through the weekend but did not want to risk it.

I also decided to stop and get gas, I was still at 53% full but figured I would take advantage of the warmer weather and no freeze well I filled up.

Will take a look at the flyers tonight and write a list, I scanned them quickly well waiting at my appointment and looks like No Frills and Food Basics have a few things but will see what else I see.

@Frugalbigmama : Oh what a great coupon.Last time I did not found it.
0.50$ for any dairy is a real good coupon!!!
I noticed coupons to find are different from store to store.Last time on the fb french couponning site I joined....A coupon was found in Maxi another location -city..Never I found it at my Maxi.I found the coupon at another grocery store.
@SassyAshley: In QC we did not have coupon board.or not so long a few years ago.
And yeah I notice my Maxi is good to play the game the coupons are not in front of the product they are related and others place.I tend to agree with that. For making the exercice much harder for coupons cleaners...lol

Have a good evening and night

Temperature are like spring but starting friday we will return to snow and much colder normal temperature.

Salvaged an abandoned bum-treat bag. It had 2x bags of chips, 3x granola bars, a Mars bar, 500mL bottle of Coke, a bag of jerky, a pair of mitts, and another pair of socks; all brand new.

@coupon girl I was so thrilled NOT to have my ablation procedure cancelled on Tuesday due to the " start " of a cold. I wore a mask the entire time until I got up on the table. No one could tell I had symptoms. However, like you right now I've got a FULL fledged sneezing like crazy, stuffed nose, no appetite, weak body cold. Hard to say who gave this to who in the house here. We all took turns with the norovirus, clearly we love to share!
Hope both you and I recover soon. The voting location in the morning is a 2 minute walk from here so I'll do that and probably crawl back into bed after.

@SassyAshley it’s been like that for over 2 years the coupons are put randomly in the store and still the tear pads are all cleared out . Guess people know the schedule of the smartscource rep and just goes on the first day and clear everything. My DD works 1 hour or more from home and none of the stores around her work place puts coupon

Happy Thursday! So close to the weekend!

Seen some pics of snowy weather South of us. App says snow starts tonight into tomorrow. Hoping it just skips us!

I have 2 work things I would like to get done today. Then I would like to clean off the junk counter in the kitchen. I tossed a few things this morning (I don't know why I save the take out coupons...we never use them! Nobody really eats at any of those places.) So it motivated me to clean it up!

Groceries - there was a few sale items I want to pick up so will look over the sale flyers again and write a list.

Dinner- Will make the BLSL chicken I took out yesterday. Will just make a bunch of sides and then it should do us for tonight and tomorrow night since there is lots of chicken. I like the idea of cooking once and eating twice. We can also make chicken ceaser wraps tomorrow night.

    Enjoy the day!
