I ordered a sample and received it within days. Ceramic coffee cup with silicone lid and sleeve, very nice, about an $8 value. Doesn't have to be sent back. But I was honest with them about my situation (not a company or likely to make a big purchase. Just promoting my service, really.) I would suggest that you only ask for samples that would be relevent to your business, no matter how small, and you will find the customer service quick and courteous.

I've received all the items I've requested. Most came within a few days of my requesting the items, one took a couple of weeks. At the moment I'm still waiting on a few items I requested on August 25th. None of the items I've requested had to be returned.

So far a hat, three pens, a mug, a climbinghook with a knife and screwdriver, a water bottle holder and a flash light bottle opener, it seems to me the small stuff comes but the bigger stuff like the knife set did not come yet. so i stay with the little stuff but never know what will come.

Thank you. I appreciate and hope I do get the item I ordered. I myself love this as I have a Landscape company and think this is a fabulous way for my customers to remember me. I was looking for a site like this. Great deals too for the items.

I ordered months ago and got nothing from them. Maybe I should try again. It seems that if you are going to get something you get it in about a week or two - otherwise you're not getting it.

So I might add... because alot of people are ordering the big stuff I was not able to legitimately order a larger item as a sample. I found that option was removed from certain pages, the small stuff can be ordered still. Thanks still for the offer this will be a great business tool for me in the future.
