Happy Canada Day Everyone,

Another insane week as we prepare for Go-Live and at one point this week my boss suggested pushing it off again but honestly, I do not think my sanity can handle still being the parallel for another week. I believe after our meeting yesterday we going full steam ahead.

I actually should be working right now, but I just haven't brought myself to log in. Monday I came home early as they broke my brain (yes, let's during a short week and 3 days before go live and a manager being off the rest of the week decided we want to completely change a process, UGH!!!!! but I got it). I didn't end my day early I just came to work from home.

Yesterday I also left mid afternoon as there was a meeting that kept getting moved all over the place and I wanted to be home for the meeting, good thing I came home as it didn't happen until 5:30 so it ended at 6:20 and I still had a bunch of stuff to do so pizza for dinner it was.

Think I will go and do a little bit of tidying up, I am only working in areas we have AC (sorry Bathroom, I know you need to be cleaned but there is no AC there so you will wait). Then at some point I do have to log in and get some work done. Maybe once Mom gets up I will put on a movie and work well we watch a movie.

I am stressed about being ready for go-live but I am also so excited for go-live and get some normalcy back. It is always a struggle to constantly be needed in the office when we are in a heatwave as the humidity really affects Mom and make everything so hard so I feel bad when I come exhausted and everything falls behind and I am just in survival mode trying to keep up.

Went out to water my plants this morning at 8.45 then back in way tooo hot for my liking .

Still have not logged into work (I might be procrastinating as what I need to work on I was trying to do yesterday and after 3 hours I gave up and am still not sure how I am going to make it work).

I did run the dishwasher (still need to empty it).

Decided to make Chicken Shawarma for Dinner so pulled out some chicken and well it defrosted I chopped the onions and made the marinade. Everything is now in the Crock Pot doing it's thing and then at Dinner time I just need to cook off the rice and I will get Mom to chop up all the add-ins. Something about a nice big bowl with tons of veggies was very appealing and it will give us leftovers. I also made the garlic sauce to top it with.

Now, I am just procrastinating, think I will make a second cup of tea and heat up some pizza for lunch, maybe that will give me the ambition I need.

I just ordered off amazon a few items as i had a 20.00 e certificate from doing surveys .
I am getting dishwasher cleaner ,washing machine cleaner ,2 large cherrios cereal,ensure for when i get my knee done and rice krispie bars for a treat .lol

I dont have prime so i will get the items on sunday ,fine by me.

Morning off to shoppers as i needed milk ,seniors day for me i spent over 50 so i got a 10.00 promo card .
I decided to get a few degree deodorant 3.99 at shoppers -1.50 checkout51=2.49 now that is a price i like to pay for deodorant .
St,Ives body was 4.99-1.00 checkout51=3.99
Cookies reduced 3.50 I am having my girlfriend come next week so nice to have on hand i froze them .
Cherrio sprinkle cereal 6.23-free cpn i got in the mail
cereal reduced 2.00 squishmellows may give to the girls.
Visine 12.29 on sale -.65 no expiry coupon=11.64 the cashier asked another if she could take a no expiry coupon the head cashier said why not .
then got cream ,milk ,other cereal ,tortillas colgate toothpaste 2.50,powerade 15.99 stocking up for my surgery ,so i have cool drinks.

Then got gas 160.9 then home way tooo hot for me.

Bought gas at Pioneer as they had 5 cents off plus another 3 cents for using a CIBC credit card. In addition I will get 3 % cash back on this CIBC card.

I popped into Canadian Tire and asked an employee for help locating a sun shade for my SUV. I'm so glad I did as he pointed me to a clearance one for $9.99! I was so happy that when I noticed a woman looking, I told her about the deal too. Bonus is I can use it in the winter with snow as well.

Its so gross out so I'm staying inside, but it looks like humidity will clear on Sunday. Stay cool everyone.

We are also experiencing the heat and humidity and we don’t have AC so I have been using all the old school tricks and most nights we get a break in the humidity so it’s manageable.
I bought gas at Ultramar today as they had an app offer of 10 cent off a litre and I needed to redeem my free bag of can from the Wednesday game. Unfortunately they did not have the kind I wanted so I grabbed sour patch kids and I will take it back to Ontario for a stocking stuffer.

So frustrated grrr....
I correctly loaded the $1,50 off Cracker Barrel Cheese numeric coupon...
Went to Maxi and cie to buy 4 sliced cheese.
The coupon dont enter and deduce...
So no cheese......
