    I'm still shocked! I got a letter from Kimberly-Clark today in the mail. I contacted them about the problem I had, and they sent me PRINTABLE coupon for $3 off any Kimberly-Clark product...it's printed on the printer "verifymycoupons.com"...it's black and white coupon...I have no words for this....

    You can't use printable? I've never had a problem using them. You can probably trade it very easily unless the expiry is very short (which alot of printables are).

    I would contact them and say "Thanks for sending me a coupon I could have printed myself...I had a problem with your product and this is how you address it? I will not be using your products in the future." see if they actually send you something more better than that.

    I can't use printables where I live so it would be disappointing to receive a printable from a direct company.

    That happened to me 2 years ago, Jamieson sent me printed internet coupons when I specifically told them I do not use printables! What a waste of colored ink.

    I tend to do this! I was trying to research the Internet but I didn't find anyone ever mentioned about such a practice...Is it something new from the Kimberly-Clark?

    i don't think it is anything new with them??? I would still contact them and say your not happy. But if another company does that to me I will let you know. I hope these companies are not going this. As some of you have said some places don't use printable coupons.

    I was sent a printable Cottonelle coupon last year when there were issues with the printning program saying you printed the coupon even if you didn't.

    I'm able to use printables so I had no issue with it.

    When I had a problem with printing the Cottonelle coupon, they sent me 2 printed Cottonelle coupons. I had no problems with that.
