Oh Natalka I can't imagine how crazy I'll be when my kids grow up and start venturing out into the world.

You know, you just deal with those little milestones as they come - same as it's tough when they cross the street by themselves, the first time they go to the mall with friends, etc. Now it's just more serious at times because it involves drinking, driving (no, not together!). He's been a peach, and even stayed over at friends when he knows he's even had a few drinks hours before.
And, no, I'm not fooling myself - he has come home loaded, oy! So it's not that he's hiding it. He's uber-careful - he doesn't want his insurance and/or car crapped up!
Plus, he does this rarely. He's lucky to have a group of friends who just get together to play cards, go out to movies, or bowling, etc. Real nice variety!

Going to check out the nose picking thread back in a min.

Oh I babble all the time especially if I've had a few to many lol - Your son sounds like a good kid - your lucky we have friends who have two teenage boys that get into tons of trouble - One time the youngest who was 15 at the time started his parents car in the garage to go for a joy ride and went forward instead of reverse and drove thru the wall into the master ensuite - oye

Oh, my eyes are closing.... don't think I'm going to last much longer.
I did nap today in the afternoon, but that was because I didn't sleep much last night.

Unfortunately, I'm going through a bout with my Meniere's disease - so I'm dizzy and nauseated a lot, when it gets bad, sleep is pretty much all one can do. It's an inner ear disorder - and there's no telling when it will flare up. Sometimes I can go months with nothing, or just have a day or two here and there, but now this is almost a week of it! Enuf, lol!

I was gonna tell about my ds's big science project - so at the beach today we found some closed shells and dh told ds there is something inside - ds thought maybe it was candy lol so when we got to my inlaws we boiled them in water opening up the shells revealing the clams inside well he was soooooo excited it was hilarious!!
