Puny Little SDM and Food Basics Brag

Couldn't get to SDM yesterday - (funeral) although I had planned for the 20X points day.
So went today and got :

6 Palmolive dish washing soaps @ 1.99-1.00 = .99 each.

They had run out of the battery chargers, Oral B toothbrushes and something else.

I also went to No Frills - they had run out of Oral B toothbrushes also.

But I got 7 Dove Body washes @ 2.99-2.00 = .99 each. (I'm going to make up some "personal care" from the Easter Bunny gifts for family members.

This is the first time I've ever bought more than about 3 duplicates at once - I felt like a "pro" although I'm far from that!

Clean, clean, clean (and nice smelling too!) DH says we're set until past Xmas for dishwashing stuff!

Good stuff! I had to change my SDM list as they were out of so many things.

LOL @ half-hearted yay! I know how you feel. I got so giddy when I got 8 Dawn bottles for 50 cents each then thought, darn, imagine all those dishes I'm going to have to do in order to use that soap. Sigh. Bittersweet!

Tuesday there is another 20x the points at SDM I belive you need the internet coupon tho to do it. Maybe by then they will be restocked on stuff?
