I have two Tenderflake coupons $1.50 off WUB2 but the details of the coupon do not specify one coupon per purchase or anything of the sort. Could I argue that I am allowed to use them together?

Do you mean that you want to use the two coupons to buy 2 Tenderflake products? No, that would not be allowed. You can't combine them to get $3 off WUB2. It's WUB2 for each coupon so in order to use both, you'd need to buy 4 Tenderflake products.

Just use the flyer and price-match at local stores, then add your coupon.
