So on Friday my hubby and I found out that all conditions to the sale of our house have been lifted and it is SOLD!! They take posession of it on April 27th, we have already moved and are in a work for your rent situation, so the out of pocket is $0.00 a month!! With the equity we built up in the house we will be able to declare ourselves totally, morgage free, rent free, and DEBT FREE!! April 27th can't come soon enough and I am doing the DEBT FREE BOOTY DANCE!!

Congratulations! Just a suggestion--read Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover--especially since you are starting off debt free. It changed our lives and gave us focus of what to do with our money and in your your case--NEW FOUND FREEDOM! Again, great job!
