I just found some new couponzone coupons and there are some for Resolve for 2.00 again and it does not expire until June 15, 2012. So Walmart has it on now for 2.00 and for Walmarts that take the couponzone and manufacturer ones, that would be 2.00 overage. Sadly I used up most of my manufacturer ones over the last few days. Will Walmarts actually do this????

Before this thread heads into a coupon debate, let me just say that Resolve seems to go on sale quite regularly at RCSS for $2 so I'm thinking we will all get an opportunity to use them there.

The majority of Walmarts do not as that is considered stacking.
Some Walmarts allow you to use a coupon zone coupon even though a coupon zone is only valid at Loblaw banner stores plus the coupon zone states not to be use with any other coupon

Wal-Mart accepts others store CZ?????

Well, if it were $2.01 I can see using both but it's a flat $2 so I'm not sure why they would take both.
Not that I am worried because my Walmart doesn't take Zone coupons anyways. It's still just the tax withthe $2 coupon so a great deal.

I don't mean to start a debate or anything but the manager at Walmart took me aside and explained to me using the Lever 2000 coupons as an example and even how the cashiers would ring it in. The coupon zone; a price match and has to be given to the cashier before the item is rang in so she could make the adjustment in price before she put it in register. She would then throw the coupon zone coupon in the garbage. When she was done of that, there would be no evidence that any coupon was used so then a manufacturer one could be used.
The coupon zone one was used exactly as a competitors flyer would be used with the exception being that she did not give it back to me but throw it in the garbage instead. So with that being the case, the 2.00 coupon zone would make it free and the manufacturer one would make it overage.
I know it hardly seems right but the way they do it is the way they do it I guess. I don't even know if I would feel right doing it but she made it very clear when she explained it all to me.

There is a little Save Easy nearby and they put them out on Thursdays as I am learning. From last time, I seen that they didn't have all what Superstore had the next morning. The ones I did find also included; Save 2.00 Dove Visable Care, exp May 18, Save 1.00 Janes Chicken products, exp May 4, Save .75 Black Diamond Fun Cheese or Cheese Strings, exp May 18, Save 1.00 on any Head & Shoulders (exc trial sizes), exp. June 15, Save 1.00 on Mio Liquid Water Enhanser, exp May 4, Save 1.00 Snuggle exc 20's, exp May 4, and the Woolite-Resolve. There were other repeats there as well, like the Bens rice, Bluewater fish and some others.
I expect to find more tomorrow morning at Superstore.

Sorry Judyhill, the manager was misinformed. the ONLY time walmart accepts ANY cz ( or any competitor for that matter ) is if there is a dollars and cents of what the item was worth before hand. It would NOT be a price match because Resolve is $2.97 at RCSS therefore, matching it to take $2 off would be LESS than they are selling it for to begin with. So despite whatever your manager told you. They are wrong. Call head office, they will inform you correctly. Most RCSS don't even accept both CZ and Manufacturer, so why expect walmart to do it? Further more........ um... if you "price match" it using the CZ.... it would be free anyway.... why would they allow you to use a coupon on something thats free?? That would be like using an FPC then asking to use a coupon on top. Sorry but this thread should be expired. Its things like this that makes it hard to be a couponer.

I feel inclined to agree with Jenny, though I would definitely NOT argue if they were going to give me a $2 overage like that. I'd buy enough to cover my week's groceries, thank them and go!
