I always find it hard to spend 75$ for this promo. Whats on your list?

Luckily we are hosting my daughters birthday party so it's a perfect time for me to stock up on junk food! my list is as follows (so far... depending on the MB flyer)...

    • 3 jugs of milk - 13.65$
    • 2 bags of Ruffles chips - 5$
    • 2 bags of Doritos - 5$
    • 3 cases of water - 4$
    • 2 boxes of crackers - 3.98
    • eggs - 2.29
    • 2 Delissio - 9.98
    • 2 cases of Gatorade - 9.98
    • kids yogurt drinks - 3.99
    • Sour cream - 2.49
    • Syrup - 1.99

Equals 62.35 before tax and coupons... I plan on either doing the PF MIR (40% off this week) or Quantum MIR, but that would still leave me a few bucks short. Would love to know your list as nothing in the flyer is jumping out at me.

    Canned Diet Coke $9.99 X3 $9.99
    Jamieson B12 Vitamins 50% off - $2 Coupons X3(reg $7.99) $12
    Habitant Soup Pea & Ham Soup $0.99 X4 $3.96
    Paper Towels $0.59 X4 $2.36
    O.B. Tampons $2.99 - $2 Coupon $2.99
    Pampers Diapers $10.99 - $5 Coupon X4 $43.96
    Halls 2/$6 $6
    Chef Boyardee $0.99 X6 $5.94
    Chunky Soup 3/$5 X6 $10
    Vanilla Creamer $3.99 X9 $35.91
    Simply Food Cheese Cake 600g $4.99 $4.99
    TOTAL:$75.16

My list goes well over $75 because my SDM rarely has anything in stock on sale day. Last 20X DH and I went just after 12am. Might do that again.

Items that are underlined are stuff I plan on getting 100%. The rest of the list are filler items in case something isn't in stock/not the flavour we want.

Rest assured we will only get enough stuff to hit the $75 mark and not get anything else.

P.S. I'm planning on going Saturday as some of the things are on special that day

I find that quite amusing as I work until 1am this Friday/Sat morning. I've been trying to get rid of the shift for a month now, and have recently accepted I'll have to suck it up and work the shift... I'm now pretty excited to stop at SDM on my way home! I live out of town (closest SDM is about a 25min drive), and now i don't have to leave my house at all on Sat

I haven't made my list just yet, but I have a plan. It's going to buy stuff that I always want but don't get because I don't need. I'll spend 75 bucks and in doing so I'll do like I'll get two Colgate Optic Whites and get 1000 points for that, three dove products and get 2000 points for that, use some of the VIB coupons that are non baby stuff like crackers and granola bars, so that I can get the extra points on those. That way, I'll get my 18,500 flat points because I'm spending 75 bucks, then I'll get all the extra points because of all the extra offers.

I signed up for VIB a few days ago. Do they email you coupons or do you print them off somewhere?

They send you a VIB Email and then included in the email are links to "special offers" which opens up x amount of coupons (it's usually different amounts each time). And then you just print them off.

It took about 2 weeks before the emails started coming to me, the cashier at sdm said it's because whether you sign up online or in store they need some time to enter it into the system. That's why it's so good that people share the ones they get on here, because if you like one of them you might not get it sent to you (Everyone gets different sets) then you can still use it.

Thanks for the info and great explaining job! Is there a thread for these promos or do people just post as they get them?

There's a couple of different threads. I know I made at least one. My plan is to go through them and see which ones won't have expired by saturday because I know some of them are expiring through. Thread titles usually state VIB in them so they shouldn't be hard to find if you just browse the first couple of pages.!

Bonus point coupons doesn't work with the spend $75 and get 18500 pts promo. I tried to use some at the last promo and it didn't work.

I don't know if I'm going for this one or not, if its true that they will decrease points value in June, its not worth collecting more pts
