We went to "Happy Nonald's" (as my three year old would call it) for McHappy Day lunch. As a bonus, the Happy meal boxes have a $1 off Danino six-packs on the side.

Well, I have something to ponder and consider....

All the ads and on their website -

"On McHappy Day^® $1 from every Happy Meal^®, Big Mac^®, and Hot McCafé^® Beverage sold will go to local children’s charities like Ronald McDonald House Charities<sup>®."

When we got the meal boxes, though, I noticed that the donation is 10 cents from every Happy Meal.... and it's on their website as well under FAQs</sup>

Where does the 10 Cent Happy Meal^® donation go?

10 cents from the sale of every Happy Meal is donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada, which creates a sustainable revenue source for Ronald McDonald Houses and their programs.

My son had gone for the meals, and was surprized when they asked for a donation when he was paying, so he did add one on.

Does anyone know anything about what's up here?
