Got mine as well but it was missing many of the items I selected - I only got 1 quaker oats bar and some sample shampoo. My box was tampered with as well ---- it was opened and kept together with an elastic band. I'm seriously suspecting folks at the post office have been dipping their hands . It's too strange that several of us have had the same experience (by the way I'm in Toronto). I have also been missing a LOT of coupons that I've ordered over time ... I think we should send emails to canada post head office and "cc" samplesource, brandsource, websaver and save.ca as well.

Interesting, I got my box about 10 days before you guys but the one I ordered for my mom, same city, hasn't arrived yet. The confirmation emails arrived at the same time which was strange. I got the razor, shampoo samples, dishwasher tabs, jergens lotion plus coupons, cereal bar, fpc for scrubbin bubbles, sensodyne toothpaste and brush, I think that's it. Not bad!

i emailed sample source from the email they sent me and explain what happened they said they have had numerous amounts of complaints and have contacted canada post regarding the issue. it is defientely canada post somewhere along the line. they did not offer a replacement

Got my samples but there was no Scrubbing Bubbles fpc in the box.

My box came empty.
I think that the boxes weren't taped together very well and that they are opening in the mail. There must be huge piles of samples at the backs of the Canada Post trucks.

In checking the Samplesource website: my package status is "shipped".
Let's see how much of the actual contents arrives to my home and if it is opened in transit.

I emailed smartsource. I got my sample box with a toothrush & sunlight tablet sample...nothing more. I never thought much of it until I read this thread. Email Smartsource if you've been cheated out of your samples. Perhaps they can change their packaging??

dh got his one and the box is open with 2 robber band on the box and is not the first time that this happen most of the time my mail is open
