    Me too. I was trying to contact them to tell them I ordered it a long time ago but never received it & all I kept getting was that message! Even when I used a different email...finally I got it to go through by using a different email & changing something about every line (i.e. 2 spaces after street number)!!!! Still have not heard back from them yet.
