So at one of my jobs I work with this woman who is just this incredibly kind, incredibly giving person. She's that person that everyone around always loves because they know how amazing she is and how nice she is to everyone, even the people she doesn't like.

A few weeks ago we were having a discussion about allergies because her daughter has started having really bad allergic reactions to something and her and her husband cannot figure out what. I mentioned to her to take her daughter to the allergist because that's how I found out last year that my allergic reactions were from milk and all milk/dairy products. She knows I'm just starting out my career and all and she mentioned that must be just that much more expensive for me because everyone else in my house drinks regular milk and soy milk you're spending more money for less milk. I told her it wasn't too bad because of the Kelloggs cereal boxes lately having the breakfast coupons in them I was getting a lot of free coupons from their. We talked a little while longer about all of her kids and how she was missing her billets (she billets hockey players for the hockey season) and she was feeling like she'd lost some of her kids when they went home in April for the summer. She's got three kids of her own and then she billets four hockey players each winter! And she still works and finds time to get them all to hockey and dance and wherever else they need to go. Talk about an organized lady.

Just a few minutes ago her eldest son showed up at my house and pulled one of those pc green bins out of the back of his truck and brought them to me. He said "These are from my mom, she says to say 'Happy Tuesday'."

I'm baffled. Actually baffled. There was a note on top that said "Thanks to Rob (her husband) not taking the recycling back, these are for you."

There are 15 folded boxes from cereal with the SYB pins in them that I can redeem for soymilk sitting in front of me! 15 BOXES! I had to call her right away and thank her. I told her that she shouldn't have done that and it was way to much and she said "7 kids, 5 of them teenagers, run through my house all winter and they like their cereal. These were just sitting in recycling waiting for Rob to take them back because we don't need to use coupons so I've never thought to use them. At least now I'll know they're going to good use. You have enough soymilk for all summer now!"

Holy Camoly. I kind of still cant' believe this. It's ridiculous. I'm a lucky, lucky girl.

I am glad for your good fortune.
Unless I somehow screwed up, Sunday night I went to redeem those same PIN codes, Silk Soy FPC was not offered as an option.
I hope for your sake that I am wrong.

I've just ordered three now and they were there? Perhaps it was a glitch with the website or something? Hopefully you can find some too!

It wasn't an option on that night.
I am glad for your sake that Soy milk is available.
Sorry if I caused a moment of panic for you.

    For me:
I am quite flexible in my FPC and just asked for other items, instead of Soy milk.

Unbelievable. What a great story. I actually called Kelloggs twice today as I was having trouble entering a pin. The phone attendant told me she would order my bananas for me since I was having so much trouble. I also had to order a second option in case there weren't any bananas available. I told her that I had noticed that bananas were not an option a few weeks ago. She said that sometimes the odd item isn't avalable every week but will then appear again. That is maybe what happened to you with the milk. She also told me not to hesitate to call if I ever have any more trouble.
