I used my coupon yesterday and was asked to turn my cell phone on to prove I'm a VM customer. The Body Shop is aware this coupon has been posted online and non VM customers are trying to use it.

I never had to even show my phone, but I had it expecting to need to since it says right on the coupon thing that you had to present your phone to prove you were a VM customer! I guess too many non members were trying to use it so they are asking for proof now!

I picked up one for my and for my mom from her phone. First time I went I must have been the first person who used the coupon because they didn't know how to use it. Second time they had moved them to the counter. Neither time I was asked for the phone.
