The good news, Metro Transit starts service to the airport and Fall River tomorrow, yay! Great news for those of us who don't want to spend $50 on a taxi, or make our way downtown and pay about $20 for the AirPorter. It's a MetroX route, so you pay an extra dollar if you just have a regular bus pass.

The bad news? You can only take carry-on luggage. I guess you'll have to send the rest of your stuff in a taxi!

I heard they bowed to public pressure on this, and it's good they changed their position. But isn't it just a bit silly that they didn't think of this before?

They make lots of silly decisions, IMO. I think social media response plus an article by Tim Bousquet in the Coast made them back down.
