Points missing - check your accounts.

I phoned customer service and they said they will investigate it. He also said that it has to do with a bonus points from May 26. I checked my 2 receipts from May 26 and noticed the bonus points was for the multibionta. I'll have to wait and see when he call back.

I had an adjustment on my last receipt for minus 690 points. No idea what this is about.

I checked my receipt of May 26 like someone mentioned and I did get 690 product bonus points on that day. It was also a 20x the points day so looks like we might not be able to double dip anymore. Hopefully not!

I used a VIB 8000 BP WUS $50 or more on baby on the 26th with 1 card and a VIB 1500BP when you buy Huggies Wipes on the other.

Looks like they are adjusting them now and sticking to the "not to be used in conjunction with any other offer". Too bad

The transactions aren't coming up right now because of server problems but from my balance, it looks like about 8,000 points were taken off... ouch!! That puts me 1,300 points under from doing a redemption.

may 26th
I got 2000 BP for multibionta (4 x 10.99 - $5 coupon each)
and used a 5000BP coupon from Glow mag for a Bourjois Paris mascara ( 1 x $20 , no coupon)
= 7000 Bonus points
the exact amount taken - so yes it would appear no extra BP's with other BP events.
If this is the case I hope they update the computers to do it on the day rather than adjusting later.
Easy enough for me not to use BP coupons on the bonus event days but I have no control over in store product bonus and I really don't want to have to start trying to keep track of that after the fact.

And DEAR SHOPPERS - when you make adjustments to my account I would really appreciate an email letting me know that you have done that and why. Thanks in advance!

very weird. so no more bonus points on a 20x points event makes no sense whatsoever.

they are offering BP's on the product over a certain period. they have BP 'events' in that same time frame. who's fault is that?

Called CS they said they have a "situation going on" and will call back when they know more info.......she didn't know if the points would be returned, or why they were taken off. I suggested it might be a BP issue on 20X the points, and she said "could be".

We'll see if they call back....

I checked my points and so far all is good...I also don't remember ever using a BP coupon at the same time as a 20x event so i hope nothing happens to my account before sat..hopefully everyone can get it fixed before then as well..Good Luck!!

My account and my mom's account were fine. We didn't use any BP coupons this year so far so probably that's exactly what's happening with the no conjunction clause.

I noticed on my receipt last night that there was a point adjustment of -2500. I called this morning and they said the same thing...that the points were 'being investigated'. I have used BP coupons on 20x the points days, so it could be that. Interesting timing though, especially considering what happened w people's accounts before the mega redemption. Really makes me rethink if I want to bother w shoppers anymore. The great BP offers are the only reason I shop there and put up with the insane prices.

I had 21,100 taken off!
I've never rec'd that much with a bp coupon so there's no way they just reversed one
I'll be on the phone shortly!!!!!
