I noticed your post on facebook asking for them to clarify about mfr coupons with promos - I asked as well in the same thread as yours - twice in fact. I will admit that I am not that facebook savy but it would seem that they have completely deleted it now. Guess they don't want to answer the question. Sad ......

I have still never gotten my points back from them....I even told them I will be contacting manufacters and letting them know SDM does not counts their coupons as cash.....for those of you who did not lose your points from the last get 18 500 points if you spend $75, you got lucky because they are randomly going through all accounts and taking back points.....now today I read they have changed their policy yet again...now they are saying coupopns count as cash.....I bet they still will not give me back my points but I will try...they take ove 90 000 points from me like it was nothing...no warning or anything

Wow, I just read this post today and am absolutely appalled! WT(heck) SDM? I only became a loyal SDM shopper within the last 9 months and you're going to lose my business real soon!

I do the same, nothing yet.....I am expecting them to do it after I can no longer return what I bought, .....and even if I do return, I'd probably lose double the points...from the clawback and by returning items....wow! no win situation!!
