Free $10 Wagjag credit each month for Telus customers

So i complained about the lack of coupons in my febreze box and this is the response i got:

Thanks for the info I received the febreze box (without coupons) but I still haven't got the P&G box yet. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Is it just me or has everything on Wagjag this month cost $69? Nothing close to $10. We lose our Telus perks and then have to pay $59 more to get something on Wagjag?

I received a reply for not receiving my coupons for the P&G sample pack - they replied asking if it was a wagjag box and to look for that one. I replied to tell them that it was a wagjag box- no reply to me for that though.

I got mine last week with the coupons inside. Really disappointing, it's just like the sample pack you get if your a Costco member. Thank goodness I didn't pay out of pocket for it.

That's disappointing. I hope Wagjag tells P&G just how many people used their credits instead of paying out of pocket. I hope P&G doesn't use the big sales they got from Wagjag as an excuse to start charging for sample packs they've been giving away for free. I suspect the majority of those sales were people using up their credits

I had figured it would be the same - but otherwise my credit would be going to waste anyways. And I don't like paying for magic erasers and it came with that

I still have not recieved my p&g box from wagjag. Thinking i'll be writing them tomorrow and see what's up.

The coupons were of no value to me. I left them on a table in the office....hopefully someone there could use them.

London has a $5 Baskin Robins ($5 for $10 in Baskin Robins) - it's probably a 20min drive for us but I got it anyways since it was the only thing I could get free. It says one per person and can order 1 more as a gift - I ordered 2 and didn't specify it was a gift. (I didn't see an option to do that either)
