Thread: Looking for NICE Bed in a Bag(s)
-
Sat, Jul 21st, 2012, 12:21 PM #1
I got one last year at Zellers, don`t remember how much I paid for it but its falling apart at the seems and has a giant rip in it
Can anyone suggest either a good website or store who sells them? I`m not picky about price if its going to last me longer than this one did. This thread is currently associated with: Zellers

Amazon.com is usually pretty good for having reviews on stuff, sometimes if you're lucky the same products are sold on amazon.ca, but there are usually hardly any reviews on the Canadian site. I don't find the duty fees too bad even when I do order from amazon.com, I like how they include all the fees in the total, instead of a surprise when you go to pick up your stuff at the post office.

At sears, I like the look of bed in a bags, but I find the materials can be lacking. Like the bedskirt looks nice, but then the top part which rests on the boxspring is made out of a dryer sheet material or the sheets come apart after a couple washes.
The bay does have good quality.Try out the maven box by julep And code FREEFB, and get your box for one cent:

Here in Halifax, we have a Sears Clearance Centre. The best sheets I have are Roots cotton sheets, normally priced at $189.99, and I got them for $15 about five years ago. I would never have chosen white sheets, but honestly they're the most smooth, cool, soft summer sheets I own. Had I known, I would have bought 10 of tthem. Wish I could afford to buy more at regular price!

I've gotten nice linens at Sears - and Zellers, too. It's not always just the location, it's the quality of the items.
There's lots available, but it's so dependent upon individual taste of what patterns, colours you want.
This is $100, any size - I like the Chloe pattern

The Bay is having a sale, but it's all still fairly pricey

I bought a duvet and now just change the cover every few years. Last cover from the Shopping Channel, Millano.
LF: Chapman's ice cream and Dare coupons. DS has a peanut allergy so it's the ONLY ones we buy. Lots FT.

Egads! I bought a set at the Zellers midnight madness just at the end of last year, and I used it once. It's the worst set I have ever bought in my life. It was stripped off the next day, washed, and folded back into it's pouch never to be used again.
I bought a set on clearance from Walmart 9 or 10 years ago, and it's still in beautiful condition, and my favourite set ever.
