Yes, it's not surprising that you would feel sluggish. Your energy level decreases when you're sick. It will make you feel run down. The Actifed Plus or Extra Strength really help clear up my nasal passages as my sinuses hurt like heck and I had huge headaches. I'm not even halfway done taking my penicilin though. It's great that you don't have as much stuff coming out of your chest. Drink plenty of water/juice to flush it down as well, that helps. The doctor said it's only a virus but it's a NASTY one and he said some people have had turn into infections. I require medication when I get sick or it drags on and on and I can't afford to miss much work as my veterans are really dependant on me.

I do hope you are feeling better soon though. My husband took so Cold Assist right away when he started with it so he barely got much, he was only sick a couple of days but he didn't have the low grade fever with the infection. I think I'll take his advice next time.

Yeah, that's the same stuff. It's expensive though, we usually get the pharmacy brand for MUCH cheaper. It's just basically a pill packed with Ginseng!

Well, goodnight everyone...am knackered. I have to drive Shaun to work in the morning at 6am but I'm actually OFF tomorrow! So, I get to come home afterwards and sleep till noon if I wish!
