I was told by a member today that I may receive a negative rating since they have yet to receive my envie yet. Now I find this incredibly unfair since every trade I have sent out so far even before the strike is coming back with positive rating. There is loads of envies I have not received from many traders so far and have only accused it because of the mail strike.

I am assuming most trades will be messed up for a while until the mail starts coming in more regularly, can this member be fair in sending me this message of negative rating?

I think we were all on edge about our trades when they went on strike... this just adds to the stress even more being told that no matter what efforts I have put into sending out this members envie I may still now get a negative rating!!

I must be going blind or senile. I've just spent 15 minutes looking all over and I can't find any tab or link that lets me give a member a trade rating - a good one by the way. I can look at her rating but not add one. Where the heck is it????

click on their name to go to the profile, then feedback score, then submit feedback for xyz

Alternatively, under their name, it has their trade rating, click on the number of trades and it will take you to the page

Arrgg!! I am so frustrated with trying to figure out a trade with a long time member on here....who has over 200 trade feedbacks, and raving reviews.......!!
Why do members not answer questions properly........when offering a cpn for trade stating how many would you like, say how many you have to offer!!
When pm in return I would like what ever you have , please state how many you have to offer. What is with all the vague statements???
It is so frustrating to have this go on and on.

I just got berated and had a not very nice comment from this trader........asking for my address.....which has already been sent, if she actually bothered to scroll down the messages, 2 prior on the message sent back to me. I on the other hand have yet to receive her address. Arrgg!!!

The last message I sent to her had a bunch of Aeroplan and lunchbuck pins neatly typed out for her to enter and get the points, as I though that it was a nice genture to show that I was genuine .........not even a thank you.......though I did ask for her to let me know if they all worked!!

Some members have a lot of messages....but what is with the not even giving a name?? Really, are we just blank nameless faces .....I always give my name, address and phone number......if you dont want to give me your name, fine.......but really whats with this being vague!!!!

End of rant....... I am going to just pm her back and tell her to take her trade elsewhere.......I dont need all this negative nameless, vague trading, lacking of the proper info messaging......rude response.

I don't point fingers.......grrr!! This person will just continue on with their trading and get their great reviews and chalk this up to me being a PITA!!!!

Really......... every time I go back and read that msg, it irks me! Must not let someone decide on my mood.......lol!!!!

I used to be a school librarian, lets see...........how would students and teachers have loved me if I kept giving them vague answers......hmm!! You are looking for a specific book....well go look in that corner....you may find your answer there......try looking at all 500 books on that shelf, maybe you will find it in your 20 mins in the library.........lol!!!!

Maybe that is why I tend to type out full sentances, answer correctly and require precise information.

How about giving a synopsis at the end when finalising a trade.....I do that just to verify that both of us are on the same page and that somewhere in all the lines of communication we both have the same trade in mind.....ak!!

that being said...there are probably a few members ranting on how I have not yet responded to them........ ak!!! I have not bumped my trading thread for ages.....was inundated with pms the last time I did........and still have to respond to some of them......insert confused overwhelmed smiley face here....lol!!

If I am silent and have not responded there is a good reason for it.......

When sending a request to please look at your trading list, please include a link to it, makes my life less complicated, and yours eventually, when I dont have to chase it down with 20 page clicks later down the road........ thank you!

i'm waiting for a trade since over 1 month( almost 2) .... she not even answers anymore on PMs. i'm disappointed in this person, and i WILL leave a negative feedback for sure because i'm really pissed. i don't know what else i can do other then asking and waiting. last time it was a family emergency(what i understood) let's see what it is this time. btw. it's a long time member.

I sent out my part of a trade over a month ago and still haven't received a trade rating from the other party. I received their end of the trade and everything, but being new I am really trying to build my rating and I could use the positive rating. I have tried to PM this member twice (the first time they did reply) to ask about the envie I sent, and I still haven't heard back this second time. (This person does have a high rating). Is it normal to do stuff like this?

I'm always confused by the lack of response you get from people on here. 75% of the people I've traded with have been awesome but there's a lot of people who don't respond at all, like when I send them a PM about a post they made with their WL and I get no response back at all. Why can't people just say a quick "no thanks"?
