Problem with a trade?

All I can say is keep at it with at positive attitude. My very first attempt at a trade I received a very negative aggressive response that I was trying to undercut them with my bad offer. i made the exact same offer to someone else and they traded with me what I offered and sent me a very full extra surprise envelope.
I enjoy this site and 80% of the people on it.

My first attempt at trading was horrible and I was really shocked at the negativity. Gosh, my name was dragged through the mud and I hadn't even completed a trade yet I almost didn't trade again but I decided to give it another shot and things went very well from there I enjoy the majority of the people here but I don't forget those who have treated me badly.

I will keep at it I have had several good trades, I'm just not sure what to do about the lack of response sometimes. I am still waiting for a response about the trade rating for the trade from a month ago, and I now have another trade that should have definitely received their end from me a week ago, but I haven't received anything from them yet and have not gotten a response from PMs. It sucks to think people would take advantage of you, I hope this isn't the case in my situation right now.

what do I do if I havent received my portion of the trade and the person has a good rating? I sent my portion first because I am a newbie and they received it and sent mine out but I havent received it yet?? been 3 weeks

Have you tried PM ing them and confirming if they did put it in the mail.

Yes I did and they responded, they are not sure why I haven't received them yet. Lost in mail? What do I do now?? anyone?

I tried contacting a MOD regarding a missing trade but instead I haven't heard back despite it being over a week and despite sending more then one PM.

I tried to contact a different MOD who then told me I had to contact the first MOD I already did as that was the only person who deals with trades.

Sally is really busy and she will get back to you. If you sent her a second pm, give it some time. The mods here work very hard, but you need to remember they have a life as well, and sometimes they have health issues, or may be away on holidays. She WILL get back to you. The mods are helpful and need to be appreciated a lot more for what they do. This is their personal time they spend here ensuring that things run as smoothly as possible. Please be patient, Sally will get back to you.

I completely understand that it takes time, and they do this out of volunteering and their own personal time. I contacted another mod in the meantime who told me that if Sally was on holidays she could help, but she isn't so I would have to deal with her and her only. Its been well over a week, I think thats loads of time to reply to someone
