It is actually a Mail In Rebate.
I can't remember the actual types it applies to, I *think* it's good on the muscle & aches kind and/or 1 other type. I just tossed the MIR since I'd never use it.

I got following coupons from the box...
- $2.00 Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body Pain (72s or 110s) Exp Dec 31 2014
- $3.00 Tylenol Back Pain (All count) Exp Dec 31 2014
- $3.50 MIR Tylenol Back Pain (All Count size)(Only valid in Quebec) Exp Dec 31 2014
- $2.50 MIR Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body pain(75s or 110s)(Only valid in Quebec)Exp Dec 31 2014
I think it also says in the fine print on the box that the coupons are for Muscle Aches & Body Pain + Back Pain so i am sure its not $5.00 value one coupon but broken down as stated above.
Hope that helps

Weird, the package I bought just had the $5 MIR.
I wonder if there are different packages in different areas?

Mine had a $5 MIR for either Extra Strength Tylenol or Muscle & Body, but I can't remember which one. But it was $5 on one bottle (72ct, I think).

The one I have here is a 5.00 "coupon" for Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body Pain 72/110 count "OR" all count sizes of Tylenol Back Pain. It expires Dec 31, 2015
It would be the older boxes that have the mail in rebate and something is telling me they had 5.50 written on the box.

The ones I got a few months ago had a $5 coupon off muscle aches and body pain OR back pain (and on the other side of this coupon was a MIR for $5.50 off the same products)......
So, if you happen to have two of these, you could technically use one as a coupon and get $5 off, then mail away the other one and get $5.50 back, which would pretty much make the product free depending on when/where you buy it

Both of the above scenarios are still available in stores - I've gotten both over the past two weeks!
Note, the ones with the MIR are ONLY for Quebec, since they can't use the coupons.Last edited by Natalka; Thu, Aug 9th, 2012 at 10:43 AM.

NO, you can't do both -
I have the coupons in front of me - front says $5 off either Ty back pain or muscles aches and body pain - it says 'not vaid in Quebec'; reverse side is $5.50 MIR - it says right on it after all that tiny printing - "Rebate offer only valid by mail in Quebec..."
Second coupon - $5 Body pain night - coupon not valid in Quebec; reverse side - $5.50 MIR "Offer valid in Quebec only."
